Frank Auenson
Frank C Auenson, CEO of Stand Alone Fitness, llc, Frank Initiatives, llc and founder of the Institute of Conscious Behaviors. Frank is a Certified Master Life Coach, Certified Master Conscious Behaviors Coach, Certified Consulting Hypnotist, Certified Nutritionist and a top selling author. He has authored several books including ‘Let Me Be Frank 99 & 1⁄2 Quotes to Motivate YOU!’ and ‘Better Choices, Better Decisions, Better Living’. He is also an active public advocate, writer of pertinent articles, short stories, and has been featured in ‘Career Magazine’. His areas of expertise include using the resources around you for fitness, changing thought patterns/habits, decision making, conscious behaviors, organizational behavior, organizational leadership development.
Frank received his early training from some of the most respected coaches in the country. Frank felt the desire to add hypnosis and nutritionist to the toolkit he uses for his clients’ life successes by investing the time to learn through extensive training programs that meet the stringent requirements.Frank continues to update his skills each and every year so that he can provide you the very best coaching, hypnosis experience possible, as well as provide straight talk when it comes to fitness and nutrition for better living. His nutritionist certification is through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), the leader in industry standards for overall fitness.
Frank Also possess a bachelor of science in Organizational Behavior and Leadership as well as a masters of science in Organizational Development from Edgewood College.
With many life experiences to draw from, Frank is an excellent Conscious Behaviors Coach. As one person who openly admits to learning from his mistakes and recreating himself, he has the tools to help you through life’s toughest situations.
Debbie Goodman
Debbie Goodman is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the Institute of Conscious Behaviors and co-founder of Stand Alone Fitness, llc. Debbie has 20 years in management/coaching experience. She is also a Conscious Behaviors Coach, Life Coach, certified nutritionist through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and an author. Her areas of expertise include conscious behaviors, thought patterns and habits, business organizational development, process assessment and improvements.
Debbie has worked with all levels of a major airline as a coach and leader, creating and growing many of the processes customers still experience today. She also has experience working with other global organizations.
Debbie has a desire to help others who are open to change. She continuously seeks out opportunities to learn and grow. One of her favorite quotes is “Knowledge is Power”, believing that helping people understand why they make the choices and decisions they make helps them implement changes to live a better life.
OUR VISION
We at the Stand Alone Fitness, believe that everyone who comes to us is unique and that you have your own unique reasons for coming based on your particular set of circumstances. One size-fits-all doesn’t fly when it comes to fitness and health, both mentally and physically. Because of this, every client is customized to their specific needs and desires.
Second, it is our goal to help you achieve your desired outcome with the resources available to you. Whether through nutrition, exercises, coaching or hypnosis, services provided will have an effect on the path to get you the results you seek. Conscious behaviors coaching is the ability to be aware of your behaviors such as habits and be in the now, working to correct or replace bad habits with better ones. This is particularly helpful for those who are struggling to lose 20-50 pounds. Hypnosis works on the subconscious mind, helping to reprogram it to give you a new perspective and real chance at overcoming obstacles keeping you from what you want in life.
And third, our job is to help you achieve the changes that you desire by determining the best course of action. Because, if at the end of the day we haven’t reached your goal, we haven’t done our job.
